I work at a Hilton and I have heard so many complaints over the cost of Internet to customers. We even charge more than Travelodges! 'the very latest technology' - well free wifi should have been installed long ago! Hilton is losing it's place in the market rapidly as it is stuck in the last decade technology-wise!
the upgrade is essential - however is this going to cost the traveller more ?- Hilton already charge in the region of £15 per 24 hour for those staying at their hotels, this technology crowne plaza hotels has to be paid for, we can only hope it's not their guests who pay the bill
