O’Donnell had purchased the luxury property in September 2011 from OWN President Erik Logan for $2.2
Talk-show host Rosie O'Donnell put the classy brick-home she owns in the Windy City on the market for 2.5 million barcelona hotel and she appears to have already found a buyer, after only one day of listing barcelona hotel the property. Now that's what I call agile! But can that be a good omen for her show?! I guess we'll have to wait and see.
Boasting an excellent location in the trendy neighborhood of Lakeview, the three-story posh residence includes five amazing bedrooms, five designer baths and a modern kitchen with hardwood barcelona hotel flooring. Totaling over 6,000 square feet, the charming brownstone features some exquisite amenities including a 2,000-square-foot rooftop deck with a breathtaking view, multiple patios, a top-notch home theater and sports bar, a three car heated garage, as well as an advanced security system.
O'Donnell had purchased the luxury property in September 2011 from OWN President Erik Logan for $2.25 million, just before The Rosie Show debut in October. The show premiered on Oprah Winfrey s OWN cable network to about 500,000 viewers but never really lived up to expectations. Getting guests to travel to Chicago is just one of the problems affecting the show's success.
The Rosie Show is taped at Harpo Studios in Chicago s West Loop, former home of The Oprah Winfrey Show. With the ratings going down and all, the O'Donnell real estate deal just raises more questions about the program's "not-so-rosy" future. Some say it may move to New York, yet no official statements have been made in this respect. Harpo executives refused to make any comments on the issue, dismissing it as "rumor and speculation."
