I was completely fascinated by the way we were able to slide into the Charles branson lodging map River, boat around and then drive right back out onto the road. The entire experience was made all the richer from our duck lip whistles... quack quack.
HOORAY FOR DUCKMOBILES! I was a tourguide on the Cape Cod ones...they re a lot less historic and much more silly...and we had separate guides/drivers because of the boat traffic and coast guard regulations.
but seriously, regardless of how much you learn, they are always FUN and always the cheapest boat ride in any city! they have them all over-- in missouri, new york, georgia, alaska, somewhere branson lodging map in the carribbean...i could go on for hours.

we have those here in halifax, but they are called the harbour hopper . i always say it with a baws-ton accent, though ... the har-ba hop-pa. :) i haven t been on the tour, but have heard that it is, um, liberal in it s telling of the city s history ... sounds like it s the same all over!
