As part of its response to the difficult social and economic climate in the area Forbairt na Rosann Teo is leading the production of a new social and economic development plan for Dungloe and the Rosses.
Sean Bonner, Cathaoirleach of Forbairt na Rosann Teo, announced that, through an introduction meeting organised through the offices of Pat the Cope Gallagher, MEP, the plan would be co-ordinated by a highly experienced consultant, best hotels in cancun Frank Dolaghan, Managing best hotels in cancun Director of Mentor Economic Developments.

She pointed out the process would require the involvement of as many local groups and individuals as possible and efforts will be made to facilitate that involvement through workshops and public meetings which will be arranged between June and September. It is intended to launch the finished plan before the end of September.
Frank Dolaghan said that a plan in itself is no guarantee of success but failing to plan is planning to fail. He emphasised that the plan would need to be ambitious but at the same time realistic. The challenge for everyone involved is to be imaginative and creative as new situations require new approaches.
