This is arguably the best value 5 star hotel in Prague. Mamaison (not to be confused with Malmaison in the UK) is also a small chain of boutique style hotels with locations in Eastern Europe, this small, luxury brand are keen to develop and as such customer service at the Mamaison hotels is among the best that Europe has to offer, a young, forward thinking brand you will be pleased with the level of service.
Recent Review: We were in Prague for seven days and chose this hotel based on reviews, the price and the fact the hotel rooms have river views. By European standards, the room was massive. The bathroom was elegant, modern and had a great soaking bathtub (perfect after a long days sightseeing)! The bed was comfortable and sleeping was easy and there was no noise. We had a large balcony with a splendid view over the river, Charles bridge, the hrad complex; a perfect cross country travel by train spot from which to people watch! The staff were always there for you whether that was concierge cross country travel by train or breakfast cross country travel by train waiting staff. All requests were greeted with a smile and none too large or too small. Of all the hotels we stayed in Europe this year, this was the best value for money. Excellence.

Some would consider this the best Smichov cross country travel by train location as we're in North East Smichov which is closer to the Old Town and Mala Strana as well as a very short distance to the Charles Bridge, the hotel price doesn't really reflect the fact that we're only in Smichov in name really, as just across the bridge cross country travel by train is Old Town/New Town borders, this hotel is perhaps the best placed cross country travel by train in all of Prague if you want to stay in the city for a long stay as the whole city and its suburbs can be reached easily from here, even by foot.
In conclusion the Mamaison Riverside Hotel Smichov Prague is a great option for those looking for a luxury hotel close to the centre but still within Smichov, those who want a riverside view room will be very pleased with this hotel. There is rarely a negative review of this hotel and it is small enough to cope with individual requests. Probably one of the top 3 hotels in Smichov.
