International Drive and Sea World are 20 minutes. Space Center and East Coast are one hour. Busch Gardens and Gulf Coast are one-and-quarter hours.

This home was perfect for my family of 5.....stayed for a week, and everything was exactly as advertised. Very close to Disney and SeaWorld, and not too far from the airport. Great location, and the owners/managers were great to work with. I'm recommending this home to my brother europe travel by train and his family when he goes down to Florida this year, and when my family returns, we will definitely plan our trip around the availability of this wonderful home.
Very convenient house. Far exceeds my expectations. In a very good location. europe travel by train 20 - 30 minutes from all parks ( 30 from universal studios, which is the most far ). Includes all equipment , complete kitchen, washing machine, laundry drier. Fully air conditioned. Gives you real home feeling. My kids preferred in part of the days to stay in the Vila pool instead of going to another park or attraction. Highly recommended .

Easy excess to highways to get to Disney parks, shopping and restaurants. Our family very much enjoyed the stay and we would definitely rent a home again before staying at a resort; alot cheaper and much more private. Thank you Stuart and Chris!!!

We had four fantastic weeks in this property during our summer holiday. It was a long way to come from England but it was worth it. It was clean and very spacious and our children loved the pool. Very close to all the theme parks and very easy to get about from, we hope to come again soon.
We Stayed In This Home For One Week In July And It Was Great! The Photo's Online Were Accurate In Detail, The Renting Was Easy, Just Had A Lockbox Number & Key Available At The Home. The Pool Was So Nice And Everything Was Clean & The House Was So Roomy........and A Great Bargain Too, Will Definately Be Back.
We were down for my daughters softball tournament in March and stayed at this lovely villa home. It was clean, close to everything and very cozy. We would definately stay here again and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
