I like the comfort of the rooms, good air conditioning, hot shower, cabinet, big TV. prompt check in time and noon check out. It also now include classic car rental austin security card on the elevator for additional safety. My room had a great view of the river.
Hotel was located at good location, albeit slightly far from MTR station. Many restaurants and convenient stores were just down down the corner. Front desk staffs were patient and attentive to customer s request. When I had to request to change room, staffs were understanding and patient to serve. Housekeeping service was great and prompt. Breakfast was decent with good variety, although the dishes did not change at all during my 2-week stay.
