This unit has a king in the master, a single and double in the second bedroom and a queen in the third bedroom. The sofa makes into a queen. The max is eight. We rent to families over age of 25 as 50% of the building has permanent motor coach tours residents. Clean, fully equipped, with great view of beach and ocean. Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well. The building is well suited for lounging at the pool, walking out to the ocean, with outdoor motor coach tours shower and hose to wash the sand off. Grills available, even bathrooms on the ground level. Condo itself was comfortable, lots of storage, easy to live in. Location motor coach tours was good to get to restaurants and shops (not too close for walking, but great for driving). Area very quiet. Each bedroom had an LCD TV, plus large TV in family motor coach tours room. Local phone service, Netflix, cable, motor coach tours DVD player plus HDMI to do your own hookups!
My husband and I, along with my daughters family just rented this condo 4 nights to attend our granddaughters beach wedding at North Plantation near by. It was clean and very nice as shown in the photos. Great ocean view with easy access to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend for families, and would definitely stay there again.
Was a wonderful condo! Very clean and great location on the beach, very quiet as well. The only negative was I wish the pool was heated but the kids swam anyway. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend this to friends.
I was very hesitant to rent a condo over the internet. But the owner was very professional and made the whole process very easy. We have rented condos motor coach tours before thru companies and it was very diffrent this time. We did pay extra for the bedding/towels and when we arrived we had to make a quick trip to walmart for basics (toilet paper/ paper towels/ dish soap/ laundry soap etc ) which in other vacations all that was provided.
But the trip was amazing. It was our first time so it took some driving around to find food etc (would have been nice to have some cary out menus supplied) I was suprised the building was filled with older couples but it was very peacefull we didn't see anyone till our last day. The building was cleaned daily and well maintained. The proximity to the beach was amazing. And the unit itself was great. Exactly how it was described. Granite counters, tile floor, flat screen tvs, tons of beach stuff....Great decor and tons of space. The first part of our trip was really crappy weather so it was nice to have room to spread out. We loved our vacation so much and we do plan on holding onto the owners info to stay again. We have also bragged to all our family who can't wait for future vacations.
Location was perfect. Far away from all the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to get there if you wanted too. Restaurants are much better in North Myrtle Beach. Golf courses were very dry and brown nearby, but had a great week.

Great condo on the beach! Location is wonderful! Near Barefoot Landing and Myrtle Beach attractions. The condo is wonderful- a lot of room with a great view of the ocean. The pool area is nice and relaxing. I stay here every time I go to Myrtle!
