This is a 850 square foot ground floor non-smoking vacation rentals in texas condo. This comfortable homelike condo, has 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has new furniture and a queen size bed with a plush mattress, vacation rentals in texas a 20” HDTV and its own private vacation rentals in texas bathroom. This master bedroom has a sliding vacation rentals in texas door to the deck. The second bedroom has two twin beds with new mattresses and is equipped with a 22" television and Blue Ray DVD player. The condo deck is new and has a great view of the ocean, sunset and rise, as well as the moon reflecting off the ocean at night. The deck is equipped with a high table and chairs for relaxing and sipping a beverage. The deck can be accessed from either the living room or master vacation rentals in texas bedroom.
The condominium grounds are well maintained. Swimming pools, hot tubs, ocean view tanning decks, and barbecue grills are easily accessible and are less than a 5 minute walk away. An exercise and walking path is situated between the Villas and Ocean. This is a great way to maintain your exercise program during vacation. South of the property is a ocean view play ground about a 15 minute walk. The private beach is about 350 feet from the condo or less than a 7 minute walk. Sea shell collect is very good. Beach is visited by sea gulls and sandpipers. Boogie boards, chairs, umbrella and sand toys are inventoried at the being of the season. Just north of the property, is beach access to drop off for mobility challenged guests.

My wife, 3 children and I loved this condo. It was very clean and it felt like home. We enjoyed waking up and having coffee on the deck while watching the ocean. The pool was clean and just the right temperature and the beach was just amazing! Very relaxing location and just minutes away from the boardwalk. We will defiantly be rebooking this condo. The price was right on this cozy two bed, two bath condo. It was spacious and very clean. The view from our FIRST FLOOR balcony was awesome. The condo comfortable accommodated six people. The convenience was incredible. We were on the first floor, the rental was only a short walk to the beach, and it is located beside an outdoor fitness track. As a family we enjoyed ourselves very much. We were able to relax and be far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of the "night life" crowd. It was an absolutely wonderful vacation and I look forward to doing it again this year!
Location was perfect! We had a beautiful vacation rentals in texas view of the ocean while having coffee on the deck every morning. Right across the street was the private beach; beach chairs and boogie boards are provided and were in good shape. The pool and hot tubs were great. The condo is in a quiet area but close to all the local attractions. It was clean, up to date and the owner was great to work with. We will definitely be back next year! This was our 2nd visit to our favorite condo in Myrtle Beaach! The location is outstanding and close to everything. Upon arrival we stopped at the IGA which is within walking distance. Dropped off our things and walked to the beach, which only takes approx 90 seconds vacation rentals in texas because its directly across the street! condo is very clean and neat and cozy. I will continue to stay there as long as it continues to be a rental. there is a pool, unfortunately we have not used it yet but thats only because we are beach bums totally. there are beach chairs provided, full service kitchen and refrigerator, bathroom is small but you can totally work with it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. it is quaint and cozy for a couple or a few friends looking to get away for a few days, or a week. we are already ready to re-book for next year. just got home 2 days ago and i miss sitting on the balcony every morning with a nice breeze and the sun shining. cant wait to get back next year!!!!
Five days before we were to leave for vacation, the lady we were going to rent for fell through leaving us devastated. Mike Allen saw my plea and called me with the most fabulous offer. He worked with me for the next four days to get everything arranged and ready leaving no fear or worry about our vacation. When we arrived, we were so amazed at the condo and the location. This time instead of crying due to a broken heart, I cried because Mike saved our vacation and made everything so heart warming and enjoyable. I could sit on the balcony and look at the ocean. It was attached to a private beach. I have told everyone who has asked me who to go through for their next vacation to Myrtle Beach to contact Vacation Homes and/or Mike Allen. When you guys make a promise, you can sit back knowing you will be truly satisfied and happy. Also, I had two other owners who contacted me after Mike Allen and gave me unbelievable offers due to our circumstances. I will NEVER go through any other Rentals but Vacation Home. I thank God we were lead to your site.

We had a great time. The condo was just steps away from the beach, pool and hot tubs. We will be staying here again. The condo was nice clean and the kitchen was filled with all the things you need to cook. Lots of plates, bowls cups and much more. A really sweet older lady lives a cross the hall. I just cant menton everything it was so wonderful.
This condo is awesome! We are a big family of 5, but it never felt cramped. The condo has everything you need and more, including a fully stocked kitchen. The beds are comfy and the showers nice and warm. The beach is super close, and the property well maintained. The owner is really easy to work with too. The only complained I have is that the week was too short:( We will definitively be back!!!
I loved everything about it. The area was quiet, the condo was clean and comfortable,and also the pool was great. The location is perfect, since everything is so close. I recommend it without hesitation
We found the place nice and convenient. It was perfect for our family of 4. The place was quiet and the hot tub was nice. We had great weather that week that helped too. Park for the kids was in close walking distance too and we enjoyed the exercise/play challenge stations along the walkways. condo was very clean upon arrival. received an e-mail from owner that the master bedroom shower had a leak in it but would be repaired on Monday, which it was. Wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. Enjoyed our two week stay and will look in to a full month for 2013.
My two sisters and I spent the week and had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The grounds were well maintained and the pool and hot tub were sparkling. We could watch the ocean from the "balcony" (ground floor) and walk to the beach within minutes (didn't even need shoes)! We rented movies a couple of nights and went to the outlet mall, aquasino (casino boat), dueling piano bar, comedy club, Broadway on the Beach, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation, and the price was the best in town!!!
We LOVED this condo so much. Very clean, close to the ocean, everything vacation rentals in texas we could have imagined. We did not want to leave Ocean Forest Condos. The beach was amazing, shelling was fantastic! We will book this condo again next year!
Condo was amazing and clean. You couldn't ask for a better location closer to the beach (unless you are on the beach). Beach area is private and not crowded like other areas of Myrtle & North Myrtle Beach. Great pool and hot tub. Plenty of room and the stay was just like being at home. Amazing area and enough privacy to make you comfortable. Nice staff and great owner. Have recommended and will stay again in the future.
