Album Studio Rentals features two studio spaces in one, with the smaller going for $350 per day and the larger at $650 a pop.

I vote for 276 Sterling Studio hands down. Revprint Studio 205 is actually $45 per hour Min 2 hrs and has a sale on 3 hours or longer including a lighting tech in the price for $35 per hr. We have occasional sales on odd hours but never 4 hrs for $85 or full day for $140 unfortunately.
