Oceania Cruises announced earlier this month that it will be investing some $50 million USD into upgrades for its three smaller former R Class ships REGATTA, NAUTICA and INSIGNIA (currently under charter to Hapag-Lloyd as COLUMBUS 2). The six week refits will be undertaken between April 24 and June 6 of 2014 and will see the installation of some of the more popular O class features on its two larger ships, including Baristas air canada tickets coffee bar and upgraded Terrace Grills. Celebrity also did major renovation s to their older fleet, save for EXPEDITION, adding touches found on their Solstice Class ships, and the results are spot on perfect.
