We just returned from enjoying our fifth visit to Kim's Island Dreamer condo on Ft. Walton Beach and plan to visit again later this year. The condo is always clean, well equipped and located right on one of the best beaches in this country ! In our opinion, this condo is one of the best vacation values in northwest Florida.

Kim always makes the extra effort to equip the condo with all necessities so that all you have to do is arrive and enjoy your vacation! The condo could not be better located, right on Ft. Walton Beach, and we plan to return in 2009!
This was, by far, the best condo choice! We were amazed at how nice and clean and well-stocked this place was. Not to mention being right on the beach and no stairs! Thank you Kim for a wonderful vacation. We will be back!

We just enjoyed a week in the Island Dreamer, it was the most delightful place we've ever stayed. The location is excellent; close enough to shopping and resturants, but secluded enough to be quiet. The beach was beautiful. We can't wait to visit again.
What a great condo!! It is decorated so cute! Just a few steps out the back door to the boardwalk & beach. This is the best condo we've ever stayed at. We had a great vacation and appreciated all the extras that were provided for us. We'll definitely be back!! The beach service was also a great extra.

We had a great vacation in Florida this year. The Island Dreamer was heaven. We had the best of both worlds. The beach was beautiful but when it got to hot, the pool was refreshing. The condo was decorate so cute. I have been vacationing in Florida for the past 12 years and by far this is the nicest place we have stayed. I have already book for 2007. I cannot wait until next year to return. The only word to describe this condo is AWESOME!
We had a perfect stay at the Island Dreamer, it was beautiful in every way. My husband and I were just looking for a place to get away and spend some time with our two children, cheap los angeles hotels ages 6 and 12. We had everything we needed and were close enough but far enough way for the attractions. We had the beach out one door and a pool out the other. Everything we needed was provided and was truly a home away from home. We have been married 16 years and this was the best vacation we have every taken and are planning to return next summer.
