When looking for a one bedroom condo in the Ft Walton area I read all the reviews. This condo had great reviews and after our stay in the condo my husband and I agreed with the reviews. It was PERFECT. Very clean, 4th floor, a balacony with a 360 view and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owner's, John and Cindy were so gracious. John and Cindy always answered my emails right away. The maintenance department was great, nothing wrong with the condo; I foolishly hit the wrong button on the remote and messed up the TV. I called maintenance and Oliver and Lisa were there within washington square hotel 30 minutes and solved our problem. There are so many pluse's to this condo. Two things that we enjoyed were the covered parking area and knowing each morning there was an umbrella washington square hotel and two beach chairs waiting on us on the beach....PERFECT.
First off, the owner was gracious to eorkbout a last minute change to add on an additional day. Thank you! The spot overlooking the beach was nothing short of perfect and provided an excellent vantage washington square hotel point. The condo had all the essentials to cook meals and the decor was nicely done, providing a relaxing atmosphere. After a long day of fun in the sun it was a nice to know there was a place to return that made for a comfortable evening. Hands down, onebof the nicest places my wife and I have stayed at and definitely on the short listcwhen planning a return trip to Okaloosa Island.
Great place..perfect washington square hotel for our small children. Very clean. Wonderful pool, free beach service and a gorgeous view.. Easy access to beach.. Wanda, the property owner, washington square hotel was amazing and was very prompt to resolve any issues. We will be back.
My family and I stayed here just a week ago and I have to say this is the best place I have ever stayed in while in Florida. The view is absolutely gorgeous and condo was perfect. I have highly recommended it to my friends and family...we will be back soon. If you are considering here..there is no doubt you will have the best time.
We stayed at Island Princess #408 and were very pleased! The view of the beach was beautiful and the condo was very clean. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the balcony overlooking the beach and pool! Everything was GREAT! Although we didn't use the beach rental, it is a very nice feature. Our kids loved just staying in the pool and hot tub all day then walking the beach at night.
