I am staying on property and using Southwest. I need my boarding pass printed 24 hours ahead which would put it at 10:15 am-but last minute travel deal I am planning on being at a park then. Would I need to stay back so it gets printed?

I did a little searching on SW's website, last minute travel deal and it noted that you do not need to print out your boarding passes at the 24 hour mark. You can check in to select your seats at that time, and then have RAC print them up for you the day you leave. You will not need a printer then, but you will need to be somewhere with internet access to get yourself checked in. If you have a smartphone or tablet last minute travel deal you can do it right from the parks, they have free wifi.

On Southwest you need to check in at the 24 hour mark if you did not buy EBCI. If you don't your boarding number might be very bad, back in the C boarding group. If you are not able to check in for your flight online at the 24 hour mark you can/should buy early bird check in and they will check in for you at the 36 hour mark.

Did you buy Early Bird check in for both flights (into Orlando and out of Orlando) and for all the people in your party? If you did, you do nothing, Southwest last minute travel deal actually checks you in. RAC will print your boarding passes for you (think of it as curbside check in but at the hotel instead of the airport).

If you got early bird then do not worry about the 24 hour mark since you are already checked in. You can get your boarding pass in the morning when you check your bags, most likely they will have already printed them up for you anyway. If you are driving then when you get to the airport they will print up your boarding passes. That is the benefit of early bird, you do not have to worry about the 24hour check in to get a good seat assignment since they do that for you.
