This is the second year our family stayed here and it was wonderful. The beach is so close and you have everything you need at the house. The outdoor shower and the new tile floors that were added are nice additions to an already fabulous vacation home. Domenick is great. Love talking to him. Debra is wonderful to work with. Always helpful and quick to answer any questions. Can't wait to return. Whenever I am in Daytona, this is where I want to stay.

We loved being within walking distance from the beach..nice clean comfortable home and our entire airline ticket auctions family could stay as we rented both sides..reasonable rate and everyone involved was very nice and helpful...plan on staying there again..I highly recommend it.
This was a very nice place to stay only 1 block from the beach. The accomodations were very clean and the staff very responsive and pleasant to work with. I rented both houses and had my family come visit. The brand new central air conditioning units were a plus. It is obvious that these are very well maintained and constantly improved. We would rent them again if we return to Daytona Beach;
We had an awesome airline ticket auctions time at this house! The back yard is awesome and it is super close to the beach and within walking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants. Be warned though, they are as serious as they sound about the rules of the house. If you think you can get away with something, you will not and you will lose your security deposit.
We had four couples that stayed for Biketoberfest '10. Having two units together worked great for us as well as the garage to keep the bikes in. Domenick was very cool to work with as well as Debra; both very detailed and attentive. Couldn't beat the location; close to everything!
I stayed at this property for one week in early February. Debra was wonderful to work with and she responded to all of my emails airline ticket auctions almost immediately. Her agent, Domenick, is an incredibly nice man who lives across the street. It was comforting to know that he was nearby in the event of a problem with the property. I stayed here last summer for a whole week with my family and my sister's family. The property was gorgeous and well kept! You can literally walk to the beach! Debra, the owner, was very friendly, and sweet. And the property manager Dominick was excellent, we felt like we knew him for years, and he always checked on us, just to make sure everything is okay. I am definitely coming back this summer and I sure hope Debra's property is available, because I wouldn't want to stay any where else!

We took the entire family and Debra and Domenick were really great. Really close to the water and right in the middle of a whole lot of fun! Price was great and the fun was better. Hope to return next year.

He was wonderful in advising what nearby attractions were and had a friendly demeanor. My kids loved his bikes and being allowed to look at them. This was an unexpected treat. June 2011 - In response to Andy Stein's review - I am pleased to approve his posting. I appreciate his honesty and acceptance of blame in losing his security deposit. In order to preserve airline ticket auctions the integrity and security of the vacation home, we have to insist that some very basic rules and agreements be observed. Unfortunately, Mr. Stein violated his agreement by having 4 unauthorized airline ticket auctions guests at the home (and actually the greater portion of the forfeited security deposit paid for their nightly stay); his party left the home and carpets filthy, resulting in our having to have the carpets professionally steam cleaned (and they had been cleaned just prior to his arrival); he left the refrigerator filled with food and kitchen dirty although airline ticket auctions the agreement states no food will be left; cigarette airline ticket auctions butts thrown in the yard, although the agreement states that there will be a $25 fee to clean butts thrown in yard; and 9 loads of laundry when the contract airline ticket auctions authorized airline ticket auctions 4 (last used towels and linens). Of course, we had to pay the carpet cleaners, airline ticket auctions laundromat, yard man and cleaning service extra hours to put the house back in order prior to the arrival of a new family that afternoon from his security airline ticket auctions deposit.
