Looking at flying into KW on Labor Day for a week and want a nice resort for the wife and I. Currently pricing higher end resorts, looking for sand, restaurants, sight seeing, and easy reach of things travel wise.
Southernmost Hotel (aka southernmost mansion) very boutique only 18 rooms more of a guest house feel but amazing pool and amenities. It is located right on the Atlantic Ocean on the quieter end of duval street but still in the heart of all the action.
6 days of Key West and you are going to want to get away from all the madness for a bit. I would maybe rent a car the last 3 days of your trip. Hang out in Key West for the first few days. Head up the Highway to Bahia St. Park.
