The light and bright two bedroom, two bath home/mobile is a tropical paradise. With beautiful tampa airport car rental bamboo floors, Tommy Bahama furniture, and granite tampa airport car rental counter tops. The roomy living room has a FLAT SCREEN TV, DVD, comfy couch, tampa airport car rental 2 rattan chairs. Each room is light and bright and always sparkling clean. And CENTRAL AIR keeps you cool and comfortable.
Adjacent to the living room is the great big eat in kitchen with a gorgeous palm carved dining room table with room for 6. People always end up in the kitchen - and in this kitchen it is because you just won't want to leave! Windows all around let in the morning light and the views of bright green palms and banana trees. Bright white kitchen with bead board wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, glass tile back splash, top of the line Maytag stove, dishwasher, microwave and side by side refrigerator with ice and water in the door are just the beginning. Incredible dishes, wine glasses, all the pots and pans you need, coffee maker and MORE.

Our back yard is completely surrounded by potted hibiscus, traveler palms, and areccas. There is a table for 6 perfect for outdoor meals. BBQ on the large gas grill. If you use the grill please clean after using.
Our home is located in Venture Out Resort, (MM23) an oceanfront all age resort with gated security, a MARINA, store, boat ramp, fish cleaning station, etc. Olympic tampa airport car rental size heated pool overlooking the ocean and a kiddie pool, hot tub/spa. tampa airport car rental Tennis, basketball, bingo, even pancake breakfast on Saturdays during the winter season. Bingo on Sunday evenings. "TGIF" parties on Friday's usually. All guests are invited to enjoy most of the activities during season.
A short drive to Key West, Big Pine or Marathon to enjoy day trips and come home and relax. There are several nice restaurants close by. For the beach goers enjoy a day at Bahia Honda State Park with long beaches and picnic area too.
Other Fees: $95/$100 Cleaning Fee, $75 processing fee that includes damage insurance. No big security deposits to worry about getting back. There is a $53.75 paid to Venture Out Resort upon your arrival for use of their facilities/gated security.

We arrived to a very neat and clean home with ac running to make for a pleasant entry. This house is in a great location with great neighbors. The home has a very nice and private back yard which makes for nice evenings sitting at the table with the family surrounded by beautiful palm trees. The resort itself was wonderful with great pool with cool breezes and beautiful views. There is a roped off area in the ocean water great for some snorkeling with the kids. The resort store was convenient when we didn't want to leave the resort. This home is nicely located 19 miles from key west just right for quiet relaxing day and great night's in town. Best vacation I've had yet can't say enough
We enjoyed this lovely home. very clean. we had everything we needed. my grandsons spent the entire week with us and hated to see us go. my only complaint tampa airport car rental the master bedroom was rather warm and we didn't have internet. but other than that we enjoyed the home very much.
This rental is well maintained and clean. A great place to relax as it was in a quiet neighborhood . It was well within reach of restaurants and shopping with a little drive. We noticed good breezes a lot of the time and this made the stay much more enjoyable.
A comfortable roomy place for our family of five. Very clean and well managed property. Venture Out has a lot to offer from lounging around the pool, to fishing/boating or snorkling in the protected cove. The convenience store is an added plus. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a very clean affordable stay in the Florida Keys. Beats any $115 hotel room by far !!
Just wanted to let you know, that we had a wonderful time at this property!! Everything was very clean, and well taken care of!! We really enjoyed the pool and the privacy of the gated community!! We stayed there for approx 1 week we had a blast. The cottage is in excellent condition. The community it is in is also great. The pool and kiddie pool were perfect for my family. We will definitly be staying here again soon.
We loved our time here the staff was awesome the environment was perfect being right on the ocean was a dream. Great to work with and couldn't ask for a better place to stay!!!!! The only drawback was the 15 minutes to drive to key west, but this was a benefit at the same time didn't have to sleep with the spring breakers still partying.
We thorough enjoyed staying here. We had easy access to Key West, and the facilities at the resort were perfect for our family. The small house was clean and well organized. We would love to go back again.
We had a wonderful time, although the weather was not as nice as we would have preferred. We did not get to use the pool as often as we wanted, since it was too cool. But we enjoyed the community get-togethers such as TGIF, movies, exercise, and games. Meeting the people from all over the country was great. Hope to do it next year!
We stayed at your home-away-from-home for two months. We really tampa airport car rental wanted to get away for an extended period of time. We had a wonderful and relaxing experience. The community of Venture Out was very friendly, safe, and easy to get around. Frankly, I have never felt safer while on vacation. And, best of all, we were able to have our beloved pets with us. The rules regarding pets are reasonable and the community is very pet friendly. There are absolutely gorgeous tennis courts (2) and there are lights for night play. The huge pool is heated and terrific for an evening swim, after tennis, or any time. There was plenty of room in our home, and the place was meticulous and well kept. Kitchen was very conducive for cooking and eating in. Of course, there were fabulous restaurants, very close by, (all very casual attire) for the mouth watering catch of the day. Everyone was very friendly and easy going within the community. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this rental for anyone who wants to have a great vacation.
