Orlando-area hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions have seen recent job growth due to the multibillion-dollar expansion of Orlando’s theme parks and resorts, and UCF Rosen College students could be poised directory of virginia beach hotels to fill some of the job openings.
More than 60 hiring companies attended the Rosen College Career Fair on Oct. 25, including Loews Hotels at Universal, Walt Disney World Resort, Hilton Worldwide and Universal Orlando Resorts. The fair was exclusive to Rosen College students hoping to get a spot in this thriving industry.  They were able to meet with representatives from companies in the Orlando area looking for full- and part-time employees.
“The fair was a great opportunity to meet with employers and discuss available positions and benefits that they provide when hiring,” said Candice Chuburu, an event management student at Rosen College.

Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is now open with 1,120 suites designed after “Finding Nemo,” “Cars” and “The Lion King,” as well as “The Little Mermaid,” which inspired 864 rooms.  These themed rooms are expected to support 750 full-time jobs.
Universal Studios Orlando has seen an increase in attendance and spending growth since the opening of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit roller coaster and its new 3-D ride Despicable Me Minion Mayhem.
SeaWorld Orlando is expecting to add 200 more positions by spring when it opens Antarctica: Empire of Penguins. The new addition to the park will need employees for its new ride, penguin habitat, restaurant and retail shop.
