Now we see that New Yorkers are coming down here looking for investment real estate bargains.
A news release that crossed our path this morning from a company called NYC Real Estate Advisors announces that the firm is sponsoring three bus trips to Philly in the next month to introduce would-be investors to distressed and other low-priced properties available in the area. The release cites S P/Case-Shiller data that show the city primed for significant appreciation in real estate values and touts now as the time to get into the market:
