While scouring the internet tirelessly about 2 weeks ago I came across somebody's posting about their trip to the walt disney world outlet in orlando, florida. The post had a few photos of items that were available for purchase and then I saw it! Just sitting there in all of its glory behind the counter, The Art of Walt Disney World Resort book. Thanks to the Disney Tourist Blog's post about Disney coffee table books I had been researching and dreaming about starting my own collection dollar rent a car coupon upgrade but after seeing either how unavailable or expensive the books he wrote about were I started to get a bit grumpy. This book in particular originally sold for $49.99, but only seems to be available online for $100 - $300 for a new or slightly used version. How much did I pay for this little beauty you ask - Well, let's just say I paid well under the resale price and even under the original price - including tax and shipping! It was a real shot in the dark when I called the outlet to see if they'd even have any left let alone if they'd be willing the allow me to purchase it over the phone and ship it to my home but it all worked out and I'm so excited to have officially started my Disney coffee table book collection - next up is the Poster Art of Disney Parks book!
