Carr's existing radisson hotels south africa hotels in old town are among the least desirable and "lowest end" in the area. They are dated and In their highly desirable locations, they could certainly use some additional refurbishment. If your family owned two cars which both were in need of repair and you had two or more drivers in the family, wouldn't you first "fix what you got" before buying that shiny new Lexus over the Internet which may be a lemon? Spending a lot of money to "maybe" get a big hotel design approved by the bar, who are not the final decision makers - and with all the additional variables and risk associated with this project; is not a prudent business decision any way you look at it... If I were an investor radisson hotels south africa in Carr hospitality, I would be very concerned....
The all volunteer BAR have a good reputation for following their own rules and guidelines. Among them are sections radisson hotels south africa 8 and 9 (pages 2-3) of the attached which talk about the requirement that other city boards/agencies must first review proposals prior to the BARs review. The site is neither zoned for the increased density nor the use as a hotel.
