This is a month long buffet (July 2012) where you can enjoy a variety of Asian Cuisines especially from Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia. Why especially? Upon entering, the first thing you would see would be the desserts but moving past that, we start with the bhan xiao . It looks like an omelet but actually it is a Vietnamese crepe and that's Chef Phan Tien Hoa cooking me authentic bhan xiao .
Fresh Meat! That's the name of the next section as we now travel to Indonesia to try out the Satay. I wasn't able to get a picture of Chef Dadang Wahyudi and I blame it on the meat! They were hogging my camera and my plate.
