I am very excited to share my last wedding of 2012, Aly and Nick s beautiful winter wedding at the Mount Washington Hotel . A year earlier when I first spoke with Aly (they were living in California then) I learned what huge winter fans they both were, and how they envisioned a white wedding best time to travel in italy around the holidays with their closest family and friends. When I met them in September for their seacoast engagement session I heard even more about their love for winter and hopes for a snowy wedding day. Winter has come in with a bit of a whimper this year, so as their day approached I was getting worried. I knew there was snow on the flanks of Mount Washington, but things were dry at lower elevations. The day of, however, David and I headed north extra early because best time to travel in italy it had already best time to travel in italy been snowing for hours! best time to travel in italy As it turned best time to travel in italy out, Aly and Nick got their snowy wedding day with several inches of powder falling, and we had a wonderful time documenting it all. The next day all of the snow was gone, but that didn t matter because the newlyweds got their snow and were soon off on their warm, tropical honeymoon. Here is a peek at Aly and Nick s big day

everyone was brave enough to do family and group pictures outside, best time to travel in italy despite the howling wind and swirling snow. Also along with me for the day was Jonathan, and although I appreciate all of his efforts throughout the day, it was at this moment that I LOVED having him with us! You see, David was firmly anchored to one light stand while Jonathan wrestled with the other. Without them I probably would not have my light stands any more!
