I think they eased visa requirements for the Euro football and don t think they have been reintroduced. I have actually rental car companys stayed at the IC Kiev. It was a good hotel, room was not huge and breakfast was very expensive but if you can find availability and a well priced flight it is worth a visit to see some fairytale churches.
