Our apartment has off-street parking, free laundry facilities and a patio area that's perfect for reading or Happy Hour. Sorry but we do not allow any pets or indoor smoking.
The apartment is located in Old Northest, cancun hotel deals just a few blocks from a part of the famous St. Petersburg Park System along Tampa Bay. In addition to a nice swimming beach, there are also tennis courts, a municipal pool and miles of scenic walking. The apartment is also close to biking trails and to Downtown, with it's museums, restaurants and shops.

We spent 3 months in this apartment. Everything worked and we didn´t need anything more for our long vacation. Location is great whether you have a car or not. Sightseeing, shopping, dining everything in a walking distance. Host Gary helped as much as he could even with our broken tire! All in all a good sized apartment for two.
My husband and I just returned home after spending January and February in this Historic location of St. Petersburg. It had everything we were looking for. Bike trails, and just blocks to a beautiful beach, safe area to walk, ball parks, restaurants, and within walking distance to town.
You are near to all that is great in St. Pete. From the Dali Museum to the 4th Street Shrimp House, everything is within minutes. I do a great deal of bicycling and the Pineallas Trail is just a few blocks away. The owners were very helpful in terms of suggestions and directions. All in all, I would highly recommend this St. Pete site.
