I would like to thank Mrs. Bennett, our teacher on the tour, so much for organizing and hosting the

This summer Rachel B. a high school student from Georgia traveled to New York City and Boston with her fellow students and teacher Mrs. Bennett. Rachel shared a few of her tour memories and photos with us:
My favorite discount hotels las vegas memory of my trip to New York City and Boston was visiting Ellis Island and seeing the Statue of Liberty . It was interesting discount hotels las vegas to learn and see how millions of immigrants came to the United States over a period of about 30 years. Some of us ascended to the uppermost level of Ellis Island and looked at all the names of the people who had to go through the mind-numbing process of immigrating to America. I loved learning about the process of immigration in the late 1800s and early 1900s. Also, being where the people actually stood and waited to come into our country was very memorable to me.
Seeing how large the Statue of Liberty actually was and comparing it to the huge pedestal underneath it, surprised me. I would have thought that the statue was a great deal larger than the pedestal, yet it was not.
If I could go back on my tour this very minute I would definitely visit Times Square again. The lights in Times Square were dazzling, and there was something different happening every second. I loved seeing all of the different people walking around and doing all different things, such as shopping, taking pictures or performing in the middle of the street. Times Square is the perfect place to 'people watch' the citizens of New York, as well as from around the world.
If someone asked me if they should go on the tour that I went on, I would tell them they absolutely should! The tour was such a wonderful experience, and I would go again next year if I could. This tour visits all the sites which are a must see and all of those you would ever want to visit in New York City and Boston. From taking funny photos in Madame Tussauds Wax Museum with your friends to listening discount hotels las vegas to the Mayor of Strawberry Fields in Central Park to visiting Harvard, MIT and Boston U, this tour was truly amazing and so much fun!
I would like to thank Mrs. Bennett, our teacher on the tour, so much for organizing and hosting the trip. I would never have seen all of the sites that I had if she had not brought us to those places. Thank you for bringing us to the non-touristy places, as well as the touristy places. You were an amazing leader, and I am sure that everyone in our tour feels the same way.
