Tower Lake Florida Villa is superbly positioned on a large corner lot, close to, with views and access to a excellent fishing lake. We provide luxury poolside furniture and sun loungers for you to relax on and there is gas bbq grill.
This vacation rental home comfortably sleeps 10 people travel agent crs training and has 3 master suites, all have king beds, en-suite bathrooms and cable TV/DVD, 2 king masters are on the first floor (ground level) and the 3rd one is on the second floor (upper travel agent crs training floor).
The sleeping accommodation is further made up of 2 twin bedded rooms, both are upstairs on the second floor, they share the 4th bathroom. The villa has a large comfortable lounge area with a 55 inch led flat screen TV with 300 digital cable channels (some are HD)and a Blue-ray player. The private family room/den, has a double sofa bed, 42 inch lcd flat screen TV, DVD, a wii and a playstation 2. Off road parking is for 2 cars and there is additional parking on the quiet street.

This home has 3 king master suites with 2 twin rooms that share a bathroom. Between the family room, living room, game room and pool area there is enough room for everyone to have some space to themselves. travel agent crs training The home is equipped with a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The youngest in our traveling party [5 year old girl] loved trying on all the princess dresses she found in the closet in her room, not to mention playing with the numerous stuffed animals in the bedrooms. We enjoyed the use of the pool and hot tub, which were clean and in excellent working order. We did very little cooking in this home, but it is equipped for making meals, if desired. Our flight arrived in the evening, but we had no problem getting into the gated community or the house. The key lock box allowed anyone to come and go on their own schedule. Stayed for 10 days, our family of 4 plus my brothers travel agent crs training family of 5. Very spacious home accomodated all of us very easily and had all the things you could ever want or need on a vacation of this sort. We spent two full days at "home" as rest days from the busy parks of Disney where the kids were able to swim, and relax. The house was exactly as described and is in a very quiet neighborhood. One minor problem of the pool heater not working properly was corrected immediatley by the management company. If you and your family or multiple families are planning a trip to the Orlando area, you cannot go wrong with this wonderfull home to call home while you are away. The house exceded all our expectations and we really enjoyed our stay in the area. We especially liked the pool with the screened in spa and outdoor eating area. The house was near shopping, travel agent crs training theme parks and not far from the beach. The management company was very helpful and the house had all the extras that were needed to make us feel at home, I would go back anytine travel agent crs training and our three weeks of vacation went by very quickly.
Stayed for a month with my family - 6 adults and 2 kids - and we were very comfortable. The house and amenities are exactly what you see in the pictures. Our only gripe was that some of the mattresses were due for replacement and way too hard and springy.
Our stay at the Florida Villa was AWESOME! From the moment we stepped through the front door it was like home away from home. The home was IMMACULATE with very tasteful decorating throughout the home. The home is supplied with your basic amenities and if you ever run short a Wal-Mart travel agent crs training is conveniently down the street from the home. Information for nearby travel agent crs training shops, banks, gyms, attractions, etc, stores was provided and if you needed anything additional regarding the home contact information was just a phone call away which made our stay more enjoyable. When you get tired of the heat outside you can stay indoors and play video games, pool, foosball, air-hockey and most of all take jump in the pool! This home was the perfect accomodation for our family. We were travelling with 2 adult children, our son-in law and 4 year old granddaughter. The house was spacious, spotless and well equipped. The pool and outdoor seating / dining area were a welcome relief from the heat and crowds at Disney World. The property is conveniently located near grocery & drug stores (5 minute drive max). The neighbourhood is quiet and felt safe. We would highly recommend this property and would return.
We rented this Florida home for a week of park hopping over spring break. The location was very convenient, the house was clean and well-appointed, and we made great use of the kitchen and grill. Our kids loved the pool. I can't recommend this place enough! (Side note: the showerheads are great. We are going to replace ours so we can have the same experience at home.)
Very much enjoyed out stay on this property. We were not crazy about what Haines City had to offer us but the property itself was awesome. We had 6 adults and 3 children stay in the villa which had lots of space with a well managed home including travel agent crs training the heated pool which was a great addition to the property. The owners need to update their beds which are not comfortable but the house was clean, very well equipped with lots of towels etc. My family travel agent crs training made good use of the games room. Just make certain that if you are visiting Disney that you have a minimum of 20 to 25 minute drive from Haines City and that the city has little to offer you other than Walmart and some fast food stores. The property was truly AWESOME and would be pleased to return to the villa someday.

Had a brilliant stay at the holiday rental. The house was very spacious (we loved the layout and bedroom sizes with 3 king suites and en suite bathrooms for four of the bedrooms). We had 3 couples and the three suites were ideal . The pool and spa were at perfect temperature , especially the spa which you need to rest your aching limbs after hours at the parks .... Some special highlights include a surprise knock at the door on Dec. 21 with delivery of an Xmas tree with lights. Another excellent feature was one bedroom had a shower head that could use some CLR and a slow drain.
