We stayed in the villa for 7 nights with our 3 children (12, 14 and 17). The villa is very spacious and clean. It is located within 20 minutes to Disney themes parks and 30 minutes to Universal parks. The neighborhood is very nice and there are two supermarkets (Walmart and Publix) within few minutes drive. We came to Orlando after two weeks trip and sleeping in different hotels miami beach hotels and immediately felt like we are at home… We had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay in the villa and warmly recommend this house.

This house was amazing and in a great location we especially enjoyed the pool. we will be planning another vacation for next year and would love to stay here again. Where do I start.... This home was everything I expected and more, walking into the house and seeing how much room we had was wonderful. miami beach hotels The home was very clean and the area was very nice.The kids Loved the pool area and each kid had a bedroom to sleep in. It is close to shopping centers and to Disney Theme parks. miami beach hotels can't wait to plan our nexts trip, I will recommend this home to family and friends.
We stayed in the villa for 8 nights with our four children. From the first minute the kids (7 up 17 years old) the kids just screamed from happiness. The lovely pool and outdoor, miami beach hotels the sleeping, living, dinning and bath rooms, the kitchen and laundry electronic devices. Everything was just perfect. Highest level of maintenance and standard. Unfortunately we live in far Israel so my next visit might take some time. I will SURE RECOMMEND TO ALL. We had the best time. LOVED the home, very spacious and had everything we needed. Only thing was we wished the pool cleaning crew would check to see if anyone was in home before putting the chemicals in, we had to wait 3hrs before being able to use the pool on one of the days we stayed and wanted to relax. My kids enjoyed the pool. Will def stay here again. Will never stay in a resort again
House is very comfortable and had plenty of room . Reasonable driving distances to all parks and other tourist traps. :) Huge pool area with Lanai. Pool was a little chilly but not too bad for this time of year. We elected not to have it heated. Plenty of eating places and good locations for a relaxing beverage of choice. We stayed at this home over Spring Break and my family flew in from 3 different states. Making the reservations and email correspondence with Teresa and Daniel was easy and they were very responsive. Their home is really lovely and spacious and in a great location - about 20 minutes with traffic from the parks. If you leave in the early AM, you avoid the traffic. The kids loved the pool area and we had peace of mind with the safety gate around the pool. We had a little trouble with access to the pool from the living room as the handle was tricky, but we just used the access thru the guest bathroom instead and it wasn't a problem. It would have been nice to have some extra garbage sacks and toilet paper, but the other amenities morwe than made up for it. We really enjoyed our trip and certainly would recommend this home and book again in the future. Thanks for everything Teresa!
I thank you for your review, You forgot to mention that the check in time, as it shows in the information area on the site and on the e-mail I sent you with all the details, it mentions that the check in time is after 4pm.
You showed up at the Villa 12noon while the Villa was getting cleaned up and the maintanance guy was trying to replace the handle of the sliding door that you mentioned.That the previous guest broke and was properly charged for.
About the garbage bags and toilet paper, that is of course up to the guest to buy for themselves, the first time when they go to the conveniantly located Walmart up the road open 24/7.The Villas are not like Hotels, it works completly different, if you had mentioned that you will like for these amenities to be included on a daily bases, of course it will be a complete different price per day.
The neccesary toilet paper, plastic bags as well as hand soaps,dishwashing liquid soap, etc,etc,etc, are placed miami beach hotels for the convenience of our guests for their use in the first couple of days of their stay to give them time to buy their own ( brand, tipe, quantity and price). If I am going to supply for everything the guest need on their stay and for all the people miami beach hotels that the guests bring with them, for the price that is posted, I and any other Villa owners will go out of business .

This was a Christmas present to our children and grandchildren. We've been to Orlando many times and have stayed in hotels and never thought to rent a house. We enjoyed miami beach hotels the feeling of being at home, having special family meals, swimming with the grandchildren and being so close to Disney and Orlando. The house was clean and we felt very comfortable staying there. I truely miami beach hotels enjoyed our huge master bedroom and private bathroom. I have recommended this place to many of our friends. we are 4 people family from Ankara Turkey.We found this home from internet.Before coming I have some hesitation.But when we arrived there we see this house at very good location because just 15 minute far from Disney World and very clean new home.I strongly recommandation this home to every family.There is swimming pool also with heating but we dont have time for swimming because we tired evey evening return home.
We had a very nice experience staying at this property. The house was very clean and lots of space which was so nice! Our kids really enjoyed the pool, but I would suggest that they replace the pool light as we liked to use it at the end of the night when dark. The owners were very helpful with any question we had. One last recommendation would be to leave extra toilet paper under the sink. We thought it was a very nice location and not far from the Disney parks. We really had a great stay and would definitely stay again. Thank you!
This Orlando vacation was the best thus-far for us. Being a Florida native, I am used to the tourist traps in Central Florida; miami beach hotels this was not it. I communicated with Faye (the villa owner) several times prior to our arrival, so I knew just what to expect. Her home was just the right size for our party of seven, and the rooms were far enough apart that when we needed our space we could get it. The size of the master bedroom was a pleasant surprise, because there are no pictures of it on the website. We didn't get a chance to soak in the huge garden tub this time, but trust me, you'll want to. The girls absolutely loved the swimming pool, and the 85-degree temperature was perfect. I believe we spent more time under the lanai than anywhere else in the house. The neighborhood was well manicured, miami beach hotels and it was a treat to discover a huge Orange grove on one of our walks. Also, three pelicans walked right up to the back of the house one morning and gawked at us until we obliged them with some bread. Needless to say, sightseeing in Orlando can be expensive and exhausting, so I planned our activities accordingly. We spent the last three days exclusively at the house, and I'm glad we did. The only issues I had were a couple of broken cue sticks that I discovered miami beach hotels upon our arrival (which was promptly handled by management) and the somewhat challenging Fios remotes, miami beach hotels but oh well, who goes on vacation to watch TV anyway, right?
