Unless I can see inside this hotel I can't comment as not every thing should be judged on what's on the out side should it? You will not be able to get most council and associations tenants financially capable to buy of the private market, as those that are in jobs are poorly paid jobs.
The best answer to our housing needs is let the council build homes for its tenants, Council should not have to ask main government for permission to build nore should they be dictated to how many they can build, all councils should be allowed to build homes up to 1% above the housing needs
