I d still plan to be in the port terminal by 10am to check-in and wait. They ll probably start boarding around noon. If you get there any later, you ll be battling people getting off the ship from the previous cruise and trying to get out of the city. Park in the Towne Pointe lot right across the street from port.
It was awesome!! The cruise was great. If you don t mind waiting though, get to the port early, around 10am. Turnover in Norfolk is a pain, just because of the location right in the middle of the city. Enjoy your cruise!
