The main living area is equipped with sofas, a spacious dining area , a large 32" cable TV and DVD player. Most of the bedrooms have TV's with Cable. Our home also a Kid's Den for your family to enjoy. There is a large Game Room with Pool Table and Air Hockey Table.
Area: Clear Creek is a new exclusive development close to Disney within easy reach of all the major attractions and some superb golf courses. Although it is close to the attractions it is also a quiet community. At the entrance to Clear Creek you will find for your convenience a shopping plaza which includes a 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaners, pizza delivery, post office, and a bank.
You will find everything you need and/or want while visiting Orlando. The famous attractions are worth every bit of praise they have received over the years. Disney World is the best theme park in the United States by far. You will also find attractions including: water parks, amusement parks, botanical gardens, and tons of animal adventure parks. Take a few days and enjoy the sun, surf, fun and attractions Orlando has to offer.

First I must say, you only turn 50 once. For my 50th birthday myself, along with my husband, my youngest son(22), my oldest son (31, whose birthday was the day after we left Orlando), my daughter in law, her best friend and my beautiful grandchildren ages 3,6, 9, 11 and 13 were all together. It was the first time in MANY years I had both my sons together to celebrate my birthday. It was an amazing time. The house was perfect norwegian dawn cruises for all 11 of us. It was really hot the whole week we were there and having the pool to swim in everyday was refreshing. The water was perfect, the kids had a blast in it (we did too). The drive each day pending the traffic was about 40 mins from the front door to the parks, (Disney was a little shorter), but you have to expect traffic in the area. Walmart was right down the road, the gas prices were cheap 3.25(we are from NY). The game room the kids loved, they played pool and air hockey every night. The house was decorated with a Disney theme and each room had its own special touches. Everything "worked". We travel a lot and there is always something that is not working properly. We had no problems with getting into the home. We had 11 daily for breakfast and dinners and the spacious kitchen along with the dishwasher was very nice. Dishes galore. Loved the dryer(I need to get one like this) We had no problems with the neighbors. We even gave the gentlemen next door to the left of us some extra goodies when we left. It was a nice, quite neighborhood, no one bothered us, it felt just like we were at home. There were a couple of strollers we used for my 2 youngest grandsons(although they were girl strollers lol) they worked for the long, long days in the parks. There were extra fans, even a highchair norwegian dawn cruises if needed and a pack n go. There were PLENTY of towels to use for swimming/showering and with 11 of us we needed them. The booking of this home was easy, everything went smooth and no problems. The owner responded back Quickly to every question I had (and I had ALOT before the trip. This home away from home was the best Birthday I could of asked for. You will not be disappointed renting this lovely home. I do recommend that you bring those extra items w/ you or when you shop for your food for the week, don't forget extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags, laundry soap. We just spent 2 weeks at this home for our Christmas holidays. The home was more than we could have asked for. We travelled as two families - each with 3 kids. The house has 5 bedrooms that worked perfect for us. My husband & I had the master bedroom along with our 2 year old. Our 8 & 10 year old sons had a great time in the Star Wars bunk beds room. The other family used the Tinker Bell double twin room for 2 of their 3 girls with their third in the Winnie the Pooh Room.
We went to Disney most days. It was about 30 minutes to Magic Kingdom (the furthest park) from door to parking - which is about the same as staying on property and using Disney Transportation. it was an easy drive, even though Hwy 192 gets a bit crowded with theme park traffic if you leave past 8:00 am.
The house itself was fully furnished. Plenty of bedding, pillows, blankets, towels, etc. All the cooking pots & pans that you could ask for. Coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, etc. made for easy mornings. A small table in the kitchen was great for the kids at breakfast. The dining room was able to seat all 10 of us for dinner.
The weather didn't allow us to use the pool - we would have frozen! But, it looked great! We got a lot of use out of the pool table in the garage! It made for a nice calm down activity after a busy day at the parks.
I was the most pleased with the owners who were great to work with. We arrived early and added a few days at the end. They gave us great prices. We had trouble one evening with the internet and the responded within norwegian dawn cruises only a couple of hours with how to fix it. In fact, everything I asked of them before the holiday was responded to within hours.
I would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a nice quiet cul de sac location and easy distance to Disney. We spent Christmas day with our families there and we will take back with us great Christmas memories.
This rental was fabulous in every way! From the moment we booked with Carlos till we packed up to come home, this rental norwegian dawn cruises more than exceeded our expectations. Carlos was terrific, always available, friendly and helpful. The home was wonderful....five bedrooms, three baths, swimming pool....all in excellent condition, and located close to parks and shopping, but in a quiet well kept neighborhood. Our family will definitely plan to spend time in this home again on future trips to Florida. Thank you Carlos for making our trip such a wonderful experience!
I have stayed with Carlos and Joy for the last 8 years and I have stayed in Orlando for the last 30 years and have done the Condo and Hotel and even theme property stay. If you try their home you will forget and will not stay with anybody else. If you want the best and no surprises stay with this couple. Nice home and easy to get to the parks from the home. I could write a book why you should stay at this home but if it was bad I would not waste my time or yours to write this review. The garage is nice and keeps your car cool in the summer and safe. This home will entertain your kids with the decor. The house is well equipped and clean. If you want a stress free atmosphere then this is the home for you. The beds are soft and plenty of covers and ceiling fans. The internet is a big plus if you have kids. Also the pool is a great bonus on a hot summer day. The pool is enclosed so NO BUGS. I will rate the home 10 of 10. The floridian at Disney is not as nice and costs a lot less and for a short drive I would rather norwegian dawn cruises drive for a few minutes than pay 5 times as much. I stay and you will be hooked like me and then we will be competing to stay here. Thanks and you will enjoy it. I am confident.
Me and my family really had a wonderful time at this home. We felt as it was our home away from home! It was beauifully decorated and we loved the theme. The kids loved the pool and gameroom norwegian dawn cruises . I really enojoyed my stay we will return.
We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving vacation in Florida.This rental property was very affordable for us and much more convenient norwegian dawn cruises than a hotel. The house was beautiful. It was spacious, clean, and just very comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet.We didn't use the pool, but it was nice and clean. Most important, the renters, Carlos and Joy, are very nice people and were always available to answer any questions or discuss any concerns we had. We enjoyed doing business with them. We are truly thankful for Carlos, Joy, and the great vacation we had at their beautiful rental Disney home.
We have a big family with lots of children all ages. They love the atmosphere with Disney theme. They all are begging to return. Memories are everything for kids, and this home created the Disney theme to give my kids forever memories. Thanks!
I will speak for the two families that we were absolutely pleased with the house. We had plenty of room for the 4 children that were with us, in fact more than enough. The house was very clean when we arrived, it was comfortable and the neighborhood was nice and the distance from Disney was just as described. It was also very nice to meet the actual norwegian dawn cruises owner since he had just drove into town himself on our last day. I will definately recommend this house 100%
What a wonderful place to stay - great location and facilities. Our kids loved The gamesroom. Local agency who we dealt with when we had any questions or problems were very friendly and helpful. An extremely comfortable norwegian dawn cruises villa - like a home from home but with a pool!
We absolutely loved this house. I could not believe how big this house was. So nice to have our private pool we could use any time and more than one tv. A hotel just won't rate ever again. You will not be dissapointed with this house. Thank you for a memorable vacation.
