One company that has earned my loyalty midtown madness 3 hints and tips over the years is Enterprise car rental. I’m just as guilty as the next gal of shopping around for prices. It’s one of those industries that begs for constant cost-comparison since the only way people rent cars these days is through websites like Expedia or Priceline . So yes, I’ve fallen off the wagon and tried out the others to save a few bucks. But I’m back, and I’m not switching any more. Here’s why…
From the people who greet you at the airport counter, to the people who walk you to your cars and check you out, it’s all the same. Excellent customer service from every level. According to Lindsey, the friendly young woman who helped us at the Atlanta Airport, they have a rigorous training program and treat their employees midtown madness 3 hints and tips well. It shows, and it’s consistent at every Enterprise I’ve ever used. Incredible.
Now, just because their customer service is stellar, doesn’t necessarily mean all their vehicles are. I will admit that in all the times I’ve rented cars, this is the FIRST time this has happened, but it definitely threw me for a loop, being the spoiled child of technology that I am.
When Lindsey walked us to the row of mid-sized cars, she told me to choose any of the available vehicles there. I decided that I wanted a WHITE car to help reflect the Atlanta sun. I didn’t even consider make or model, since they were all comparable….or so I thought.
Everything was absolutely fine, but as I was trying to figure out how to lock the doors, midtown madness 3 hints and tips I realized that this vehicle had NO POWER-LOCKS. Seriously?? I literally don’t know if I remember driving a single midtown madness 3 hints and tips car without power-locks since…like, the days of big hair and shoulder pads. Could I survive a week of using a key to physically unlock the driver’s door every time I drove, then physically reaching around to the other three doors to flip the locks? The answer, my friends, is NO .
Can you even imagine trying to balance midtown madness 3 hints and tips a diaper bag, a car-seat with an infant, and a suitcase while struggling to manually lock/unlock the doors every single time?? Not that I had to do that, but still….Not acceptable in 2011.
Anyway, in another display of exemplary customer service, they immediately switched me to another mid-size car that looked midtown madness 3 hints and tips nearly midtown madness 3 hints and tips identical to my first one but with a Toyota label, all handled without a single person rolling their eyes. I drove off within 5 minutes, happy to not only have power-locks midtown madness 3 hints and tips in my car, but also a remote key fob, which always comes in handy when you can’t quite remember EXACTLY where you parked your generic-looking rental car in a lot full of other rentals…
Just your average gal with two kids, a giant dog, an interesting life, and an ungodly obsession with certain quirky things. Sunblock for one. Electronics for another. midtown madness 3 hints and tips And that’s just the tip of the iceberg…
