Vegas is a place where you need a hotel to just stay and relax and stretch legs. Most of time you will be out site seeing or partying late night. So it doesnt make sense to spend a lot of money on staying specially if you are on a budget.

I remember first time when I went there, we all were students and 5-6 people stayed in one room. No one says anything. You will be able to get unlimited room service for towers and stuff. You will be able to get extra blankets etc also. Just 2 people check in. It applies to almost all hotels. So this will really help you manage your budget and stay in better hotel.
2) If you dont want to stay with more than 2 peopel in a room or only few people are traveling airline tickets to aruba then best bet is Excalibur. It is on the strip, so all places are at walking distance and it is very cheap and decent rooms to spend a night or more. I have stayed there most of my time.
Dont stay in any hotel which is not on strip for example palms or any other. The reason is that you will either have to walk so much to come to strip where all action is or you will have to take cab which will add to expenses.
1) Drinking In vegas you can drink on the street. Never buy alcohol in bars. Very expensive. I will recommend getting alcohol airline tickets to aruba with you while traveling or there is a liquor shop close to Caesers if I am not wrong on the strip.
2) Eating In general prices are not very high unless you go to any high class place. But still you will find a food court near mnm shop on strip and also I think you will find food courts in almost all casinos to eat good food at cheap prices. There is a very nice Mexican restaurant near ceasers. Try it. Very good food. Also must try any buffet. I have heard buffet of Bellagio is best but can get expensive. But i think this is something which you wont be able to experience anytime soon again so worth it.
3) Club fees Ask your hotel concierge airline tickets to aruba service to give you some free club passes. Dont say please, demand airline tickets to aruba them . If this wont work, when you will be roaming around on strip around evening, you will easily find people selling passes. Talk to them and haggle and you will end up with a good deal. I remember we got like so many passes for just $15 bucks. So Imagine you will save a lot of money as one person entry fee is around $30 bucks.
4) Best club I have ever been to (not just in Vegas) is TAO!. I have been to almost all good clubs in vegas. But nothing beats Tao. It is on strip in venetian Casino. You will have to visit it just once. The special thing about it is not just the music but the ineer atmosphere. airline tickets to aruba You will find yourself in some different world. Of course go there on Friday. Go early as it gets packed.
