No, they re not negotiable except to corporations who buy large numbers of tickets or if you are usi

I have been searching for a multi-city airfare through all the major discount airfare sites. And each time that I search the same dates the prices change. One day it will be $707, the next $701, a few days later its $658 a couple hours later its $713 .I dont get it. Is it the time of day or that I keep searching the location causing price demand to go up?
Airfares are changed constantly by the airlines based on supply and demand as well as what their competitors are charging. If a flight is selling well, the airline may reduce the number of discount online travel guides seats and/or raise the prices. If a flight has too many unsold seats, the airline may increase online travel guides the number of discount seats and/or reduce prices. If a competitor raises or lowers prices, the airline will usually match the changes.
I have searched the Internet high and low. Airfare from Chicago to Tampa should not be hard to find at a discounted rate. I m wondering if anyone has any advice on how to cheat the system. online travel guides One sight I have found is bestfares.com and that seems to be the cheapest so far. Any help would be much appreciated.
My favorite site is Kayak.com. It s not a travel site per se, but it compiles the fares from all the other travel online travel guides sites (Orbitz, Travelocity, Cheaptickets, etc.) as well as the airlines sites themselves. Check it out.
No, they re not negotiable except to corporations who buy large numbers of tickets online travel guides or if you are using Pricline s opaque buying feature. (And on Priceline, you don t get to select the airline or departure online travel guides time if you bid on tickets.)
online travel guides When retailers discount prices to move goods, they are cutting into their profit margins to do it or they have received special wholesale pricing. However, there is no markup or commission on airline tickets, so resellers such as websites and travel agencies have no room for negotiation. They would be selling you the ticket for less than they pay the airline for it. (That s why travel agencies and most non-airline websites have to charge booking fees. The airlines stopped paying resellers to issue tickets years ago.)
