For your protection all vehicles are insured for damage to the vehicle or to the property of a third party. The hirer is responsible for the first NZ$7500 ( The Excess ) of the cost of the damage to the third party property or rented vehicle. These options are payable at the commencement of hire. The bonds may be paid in cash, credit card or travelers cheques and are full refundable when the vehicle is returned with no damage to the vehicle or third party property.
