Among the top 25 markets, two reported occupancies of more than 90%: Orlando, Florida (92.5% with a 6.8% increase all inclusive cheap vacation packages for the week), and Phoenix (90.7% with a 2.8% increase). Philadelphia fell 9.2% in occupancy to 66.5%, reporting the largest decrease in that metric.
Three markets, other than Nashville, achieved RevPAR increases of more than 25%: St. Louis (+28.9% to $60.99); Boston (+27.9% all inclusive cheap vacation packages to $104.64); and Oahu Island, Hawaii (+25.6%to all inclusive cheap vacation packages $157.50). Philadelphia fell 6.7% in RevPAR to $80.62, reporting the largest decrease all inclusive cheap vacation packages in that metric.
