NOS Oldsmobile turn signal cruise control lever. The box flap with the part number is gone. I believe this type was used on the full size cars from late 60's into the 70's. ?? The cruise switch on the dash of the Delta is just to turn the unit on/off - much like the rocker switch on the lower dash of the A body. None of the stalks on the Delta, Ninety Eight or Cutlass had wood grain on the levers. As Eric pointed out this is for B body cars (Delta is B body) so it will likely fit in nicely. This stalk is used 2 ways - for setting the cruise speed, and signal light indicator.
