This prestigious award is given only to IHG hotels that merit special recognition for successfully completing major modernization and renovation programs. The hotel opened on September 09th, 2010 with 97 standard guestrooms and 20 suites for a total of 117 guestrooms. Each guest enjoys the Holiday Inn Express Hot Breakfast with their rooms as well as complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel. On the ground floor of the property is a new Salt Water Pool, 2 state of the art meeting rooms, Fitness Centre and a Games Reserve.
