Hoff says people line up to get their hands on the burger and fries. It will open in December.
Development has been happening near New York New York for more than a year. Its popular bar Nine Fine Irishmen just re-opened. The Hershey s Chocolate World will open this Spring. Hoff says the Brooklyn Bridge will remain in place.
