While most other airports around the world are in a constant state of chaos, Changi always appears serene and calm. As one of Asia s major hubs you will find arrivals/departures from all over the world. Just about every major airline that travels across the world has a route that stops in Singapore. The airport is located 20 km east of the city centre and can be reached by shuttle for around $SGD9.00, taxi for around $SGD25.00 or the MRT to various stations throughout the city for just a few dollars. While Sentosa Island is a lot of fun, it is incredibly expensive as each attraction requires its own entrance fee. Visiting some of the attractions is really up to your personal interests. If you like theme parks well Universal is great and the water park one of the best in the world.
