The idea behind the day-long party is to encourage discovery and bring people together in the downtown Phoenix community.
The main attraction of the event will be the creation of Medina's mural. Throughout the day he'll paint in the alley between Adams and Monroe streets and First Street and Central Avenue. The mural will measure 30 feet by 40 feet and will be painted 30 feet off the ground.
