I ve been missing Italy a lot over the past few days since a friend of mine and her husband are leaving tomorrow to experience Christmas in Florence or Firenze in Italian. This brings back great memories of celebrating New Years in Florence with my closest friends from graduate school.

Ristorante Ciro Sons- has amazing gluten free pizza, pasta and ambiance (pizza senza glutine). They also offer incredible dishes that my friends without any dietary concerns really enjoyed. The restaurant is managed by four generations of the family who are extremely helpful. I can smell my pizza just writing this!  So soak up the music, food and wine and relax! Ristoro di Lamole has an amazing view of vineyards and countryside as evidenced in the  first photo of this post! They have great gluten free  and regular pasta and truly overall delicious dishes for an authentic Italian eating experience in Tuscany (Toscano) . Just thinking about this makes my mouth water right now! They also have a great wine selection for purchase with over 300 labels in case you want to go wine shopping before or after your meal.
