Don't know too much about Canadian negligence laws, but if you wanted to do something where you rent

I was thinking about adding a small second 3 star hotels in italy business to my activities here in smalltown Saskatchewan, and I'm thinking that a small software package would help me manage reservations and rental agreements. There's a company called Rent Centric with a really affordable 3 star hotels in italy program that covers 3 star hotels in italy these things, and I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about them. Any other software 3 star hotels in italy options? Anyone 3 star hotels in italy know anything about the car rental business in general?
Don't know too much about Canadian negligence laws, but if you wanted to do something where you rented equipment in the USA, the insurance alone would demand that yoiu need to either go big to cover insurance costs or only rent brand new, perfectly safe equipment/vehicles. There is a company called Rent A Wreck down here in the USA and their cars are usually 3 or 4 years old at worst and that is what the rental business considers the most risk anyone could possibly take in this business. Before you worry about the software, you should be able to run this small business with pencil and paper. if you do not know the rental business, all the software in the world is not going to make it work for you.
