While at first I thought the parking situation which is in the church around the corner would be a bit complicated, it is actually isn t too bad and not too far away.
However I was surprised by how small this place was. It s pretty much a whole in the wall and the waiting area is quite tiny, only fitting enough seating for about 5 or 6 comfortably. My wait to be seen was about less than 30 minutes but I was very caught off guard that they initially get all your stats, weight, blood pressure etc. right down the hall not to far from the waiting area and not in a room, just at the end of the hall where everyone can hear all your deets. The same went for the the actually doctor s room where I was seen. The walls are super thin and I can hear everything going on in the other room. (Pretty nerve wrecking when you are about to get a pap-smear done). The doctor who saw me was very nice and comforting, making conversation throughout the visit but overall this place is just too teeny and could use some upgrades, maybe even a relocation?
Dr. Mobasser was great! I needed a new PCP and I stumbled across her online. Her reviews were very good, so I selected her. I just had my first visit to her office, and I was not disappointed. Extremely helpful! She was very knowledgable and provided lots of tips for my trip to India. The nurse who drew my blood however must have done it wrong because theres a large bruise and a tender lump an inch big on my elbow.
Dr. Mobasser was awesome. She had a really nice touch with my mom and made her feel 1000% comfortable. Also she took the time to ask about conditions that my mom was not directly there for and gave some great advice. Overall 10/10.

Angeles Medical Clinic is one of the best kept secrets in Downtown LA. I always have reservations about sharing my favorites (in case they get too busy to see you!), but they really deserve it. It s a little expensive without insurance but they re really nice and always cheery. They have good lobby music and it s great they have a parking agreement with the church less than a block away.
