This was our second trip to Paris but our first stay at Haussmann 85. We will definitely be back to stay here again on our future trips to Paris. Everything is just perfect in this charming little apartment with a beautiful view from the balconies. It's in a fabulous location close to great restaurants, shopping, and sites. What made our stay even better was the fabulous owners, Marie and Pascal. They do everything to make your stay fabulous from meeting you at the airport to personal tours catered to your interests. We took two personal tours with them on this trip to Giverny and Champagne which were amazing! We have also taken Marie's Chocowalk which was the best foodie/history tour we have ever taken. We are so looking forward to coming back and staying again at Haussmann 85.
Now that we've discovered Marie and Pascal and their darling Haussman85 apartment, my husband and I have decided we must return for every season! Every aspect of our experience with this delightful couple was ideal. Marie, a retired professor who speaks beautiful English, and Pascal, a charming Parisien and perfect host, went out of their way to ensure that our visit to the City of Lights was full and rich and everything we had hoped it would be. And to think, it all began with an internet search! Marie's recommendations via email helped us form a flexible itinerary before we arrived. Pascal greeted us warmly at the airport and got us on the bus to the city. Marie took it from there and gave us a lively personal escort to the apartment in the lovely 8th arrondissement on Boulevard Haussmann. I spent the entire month of September in this wonderful little studio apartment. It was walking distance to many Paris sights and convenient to the metro and Gare Saint Lazare. The owners were fantastic, meeting me at the airport, showing me the various mediterranean catamaran sailing cruises features of the apartment, and helping me get my luggage to the Roissy bus on the way back to the airport. The apartment is exceedingly well designed, providing all the comforts of home in a small but airy space. It is located in a very secure building. The balconies were a bonus! I also made good use of the free wifi and free international calling. Having a Monoprix supermarket three minutes walk from the apartment and an organic store right below were definite assets. You will find no better location in Paris, and the apartment is absolutely charming. We stayed at this lovely studio for 1 night, and must express how clean, lovely, quaint and cozy it is. We were so lucky to meet Marie & Pascal and be in Paris by Haussman Blvd. It's a wonderful stay. Highly recommended to all.
We only had the pleasure of spending 4 days in Pars. Staying at the Hausmann apartment gave my husband and me an idea of a life style that we woudn't get at a hotel. The apartment was at a very convenient location to all buses and the Augustin Metro Stop was at the front of the house. The apartment is small and very clean with a modern kitchen and bath. Weather permitting, the double mediterranean catamaran sailing cruises terrace could be very enjoyable. The real plus is Marie, whose warm personality and knowledge of historic Paris is very helpful. She gave us tips on directions, restaurants and attractions. I'm sorry I didn't have more time to spend there. It is an affordable and pleasureable experience.
This cozy little apartment had everything I could hope for, a well equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer machine, mediterranean catamaran sailing cruises free international calls, heater, etc. The location is just fantastic, near popular tourist attractions and just in front of the St Augustin metro station. It’s perfect!
We stayed in this wonderful apartment for 7 nights, and it was perfect. Everything was spotlessly clean, the apartment was well equipped and very modern, and the location was excellent - within walking distance to all the main attractions, as well as all the necessities such as supermarket, ATMs and the metro/buses. We spent a week in this WONDERFUL little apt. We were looking for the following: safe area/building for two single women, a real Parisian neighborhood and experience, clean and comfortable accomidations, and a helpful landlord. Marie and Pascal far exceeded our expectations. They provided help with everything we asked for and offered extra's we wouldn't have even thought about. The apt. is small but we expected that. We can't wait to stay again soon!

We spent amazing time in Paris this August. And the place where you live is highly important for your impressions from holidays. This place was even better than we could dream about. It was our little paradise. Everything in mirrors, 2 romantic balconies, perfect mediterranean catamaran sailing cruises location, perfectly equipped kitchen, etc. All you need is very well considered and prepared by owners. Subway is in front of the house, if required. But also a lot of interesting places within walking distance. It was very nice and kind that Marie and Pascal (owners of the apartment) met us at the bus station, lead us to the flat and than we had a walk together, looked a lot of interesting places and got very useful information for our following days. Marie helped us a lot with her advises and information support. Special thanks for her attention and kindness. We highly recommend this apartment. It’s perfect. We enjoyed our time there so much.
Boulevards (Haussmann), although we found the location to be relatively quiet given the locale. The neighborhood is safe, located with many conveniences nearby like the Monoprix store where we bought groceries, wine and sundries; a Starbucks across the street, the Augustin Metro Stop at our doorstep and other high end shops and restaurants within steps of the apartment. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and was exceptionally well equipped to suit any traveller’s needs. It is modest in size, so probably two well-acquainted people is suitable and if you're running solo, then it's perfect. We even brought along our MacBook Pro and readily got on the Internet.
