Shek Mun is a remote area from Shatin Town Center. It is divided into two zones by Tai Chung Kiu Road. One is a residential zone next to Shing Mun River and the other is an industrial zone. In the past, there where only few convenience stores and restaurants.
Courtyard Hotel by Marriott, Shatin is the first commercial development in Shek Mun. Like a ripple was raised by a tossed stone, it has not only own benefit, but also spread its influence and vitalize the whole district. It is a comprehensive development with retails on ground floor and hotel at the top. A landscape plaza enhances public circulation and provides opportunities for various functions. Supermarkets, famous shops and restaurants give choices to local. Frequent flows of tourists created by hotel show the potential of district development as well.
The initial idea of design approach is driven by curvature architectural layout. It aims at echoing and exaggerating rental car this language, as well as distributing it along the landscape surface with strong rental car visual connection. The interlocking spatial relationship is formed spontaneously from the curvaceous layout, which creates exciting possibilities and new opportunities in the open space.
Creating a Dynamic Romantic open space is a major vision in this project. The curvy motion is carried rental car out in both horizontal and vertical dimension, revealing vibrant and energetic. Unique landscape space exudes sophistication rental car thanks rental car to creative detail and sublime craftsmanship.
