The use of technology in hunting will be a big issue in the coming years. Feelings vary about the use of aerial drones to scout, but the fact of the matter is that guys will use whatever technology is available to aid their quest. Think of how prevalent fish finders have come for virtually all types of fishing.
The Village Board unanimously passed an amendment to the village’s local law on licenses and permits that adds “short-term residential rentals” to a clause that already required hotels, motels, rooming houses and boarding houses to be licensed.
“We pretty much know who is renting virtual tours of the norwegian sea cruise ship in the village,” said Mayor Robert Blais. “We have a good record of that over the past couple years. Our zoning office will compile a list. ... We’ll send them a notice they need to come in and maintain a license.”
In a 3-2 vote in September, the board added the definition “short-term residential rental” to the Village Code, defining it as renting out a single-family dwelling for less than six months. The measure passed after a nearly summer-long virtual tours of the norwegian sea cruise ship debate.
“There are folks we have discovered are still advertising their places, and we have just notified them, reminded them, of the law. It could very be they didn’t know. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt,” Blais said.
“Right now, it’s basically getting the information out to people and making them aware of what the situation is so they don’t proceed in a way that’s going to cause them hardship virtual tours of the norwegian sea cruise ship or cause someone to rent and find out they can’t stay there,” virtual tours of the norwegian sea cruise ship Frost said.
Several people who were renting out their homes did come to a public hearing on the law and asked the board to consider a definition of short-term rental that would have allowed them to rent out their homes.

Because that's where the houses live. And that's where other residents live, who bought their homes believing they were in a residential, not a commercial, area. Then, your next-door neighbor starts operating a motel. Hey, who cares about your neighbors when there's a buck to be made by treating your home like it's a motel?
But why do they do it in residential virtual tours of the norwegian sea cruise ship areas not zoned for short-term rentals? Because that's where the houses live. But I guess it would be better that the village virtual tours of the norwegian sea cruise ship zone the owners right out and gut their investment so some good neighbors can buy the house and move in.
A good move by the Village. I understand that some people may want to buy a home and rent it on a short-term basis to help cover the expenses. That's fine in neighborhoods zoned for it. But why do they do it in residential areas not zoned for short-term rentals? And why do they not care about the negative impact that short-term rentals have on their neighbors and on the neighborhood? I just don't see how the desire to earn rental income takes precedence over being a good neighbor and community resident.
LGV remains stuck in the 70's, with no apparent desire (or capability) to increase tourism beyond those seeking vulgar t-shirts. Home rentals bring in families and groups that are looking virtual tours of the norwegian sea cruise ship for a quieter, virtual tours of the norwegian sea cruise ship more personal virtual tours of the norwegian sea cruise ship experience.
Another virtual tours of the norwegian sea cruise ship law, for another license, to pay yet another tax. Who's in it to make a buck (or 75 of them)? And the pressing need to further suck the private out of property? A license is a grant of permission, and a rental contract, or lease, virtual tours of the norwegian sea cruise ship is a form of license. Only those who have rights in a property can grant a license virtual tours of the norwegian sea cruise ship over that particular property. Oh..... except virtual tours of the norwegian sea cruise ship in a free country where a village virtual tours of the norwegian sea cruise ship claims ownership by decree without a reasonable connection to it.
