There were no back charges. Mr. Quach is upset complaining la quinta inn las vegas about paying for damages incurred by his party. Damaged stove top was burnt, excess garbage that led to maggot infestation, and repainted needed for a door. I have pictures of the damage Quach's party caused upon request. As any homeowner would agree that a tenant damaging your landlord's property la quinta inn las vegas has consequences. Lastly, it took nearly 4 months just get reimbursed for the damages la quinta inn las vegas by Mr. Quach.
