OM Capital NOLA LLC acquired the 220-room hotel last month for $11.9 million, according to public records. The sale was finalized shortly after the hotel switched from a Four Points Sheraton to a Wyndham Garden, and it s unclear if the conversion occurred under the new ownership.
OM Capital manager Dipesh Patel did not return calls. The entity is located in the Fort Myers, Fla. office of Conor Acquisitions, where Patel is a senior asset manager. Conor has interests in eight hotels las vegas exotic car rentals across las vegas exotic car rentals the south, and in New Jersey and Maryland, according to its website.
The seller, 6401 Hoteliers LLC, previously acquired the hotel in 2004 for $6.7 million, according to public las vegas exotic car rentals records. That entity shares an office with Hospitality Investors, Inc. in Round Rock, Texas, where a phone call was not returned.
