The joint Alabama Section ASCE and Alabama Chapter APWA Summer Meeting is back at the Perdido Beach

The joint Alabama Section ASCE and Alabama Chapter APWA Summer Meeting is back at the Perdido the williamsburg inn Beach Resort in Orange Beach, Alabama.  This year's dates are July 23-25.  We have plenty of opportunities available for companies to support the meeting and get great networking as Exhibitors and Sponsors.  Speakers are also being sought to provide a full technical program.
Registration is now open at the link below.  On-line registration and payment is preferred ; however, if you want to pay by check, please register on-line , select "Check" for your payment option, and mail in a check as instructed the williamsburg inn with a printout of your registration form.
The room rate at PBR is $229/night plus tax.  We have to meet a certain minimum number of room-nights, so we hope you will consider staying at the conference hotel.  Download the "Hotel Information" above for room reservation instructions.

Sponsor Fee includes: Logo on all conference materials the williamsburg inn and name recognition throughout conference.  Conference registration or Golf is NOT included with Sponsor Fee.  Golf Sponsorship are available (see below).
Exhibitor Fee includes: Exhibitor Fee includes: 8ft x 8ft booth area with skirted table and chair, the williamsburg inn Full Registration for Conference (1 or 2 Attendees), and 1-2 minutes of time during lunch on Thursday for Vendor Presentations. Golf Registration is NOT included. Golf Sponsorship the williamsburg inn are available (see below).  An Exhibit Floor Plan is not yet available, but booth selection preference will be in order of receipt of payment.
The 16th Annual ASCE Summer Golf Tournament the williamsburg inn will be held on Friday, July 25th at GlenLakes Golf Course, 9530 Clubhouse Dr., Foley, Alabama 36533. We’ll have a shotgun start at 1 pm. Lunch will be served at 12 pm. As an Exhibitor at the conference, vendors can register to play golf for $50 per person. Door prizes are encouraged from vendors and sponsors.
What Are the Prizes? the williamsburg inn Cash prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Donated prizes will be given away for the closest to the pin contests and door prizes at the awards presentation after golf.
Pay by credit card or check.  We have mane an on-line registration site for golf available for both purchasing a Golf Sponsor and for those conference attendees that need to pay for golf separately and want to use a credit card.  Exhibitors and Guests can also sign up on-line. Exhibitors MUST be registered and paid as an Exhibitor. Guests MUST be invited as a participant of a team.
